We can exchange or return forms if:
you discovered a manufacturing defect;
you didn't like the result after filling the form the first time.


We can fill out the exchange form if:
no more than 7 calendar days have passed since the order was received;
form without holes. The first filling should be done without piercing the form, so that if a defect is detected or you simply do not like the result, you can return it or exchange it for another product;
In disputed situations, we will analyze your problem individually and seek a compromise, but we have the right to make any decision, both in favor of the client and in favor of the store, taking into account the rights of the seller-buyer.


Punched forms are not eligible for exchange or return as they are considered used, please be careful.


How do I return or exchange forms?
write to us in Instagram Direct or Viber, describing the reason;
send a photo/video of the defect;
if the uniform containing a defect is without punctures - we pay for delivery in both directions;
if you didn't like the shape after the first filling, the buyer pays for the shipping both ways;
exchange forms are sent only after our manager receives and checks the form from you;
we can offer a refund or exchange for an identical uniform.


Importantly! The manufacturer reserves the right to change the composition, configuration, color range of the product, warranty period, technical characteristics, etc. without prior notice. Therefore, the description of the product on the website: color range, type of shape, individual properties may differ and may contain inaccuracies. Please check with the manager about the features you are interested in.
