100% natural soy wax in granules. Packing 1 kg.
Production - Great Britain.
It has a milky white color in the form of granules, has a very pleasant milky smell.
The melting point is 57-63 °C. Candle pouring temperature is 62-67 °C.
The temperature of the introduction of flavorings and dyes is approximately 70 °C.
Do not overheat the wax above 90 °C!
Aromatic load: from 5 to 10% of aroma and dye in the sum of the total amount of wax.
The newest formula of natural soy wax KeraSoy Pillar is ideal for making shaped candles (pillar candles, torso candles and other shapes, as well as aromatic wax plates-sachets), as it easily lags behind silicone, plastic, paper and other forms.
Unlike container waxes (Nature Wax C-3 or Golden Wax 464), KeraSoy Pillar 4120 has a less greasy structure and a higher melting point, which allows the candle to better hold its shape after solidification.
Manufacturer's recommendations on how to avoid mistakes when pouring:
1. Be sure to use a thermometer when pouring (infrared or probe thermometer)
2. Enter a total of no more than 10 percent of the load - flavoring + dye
3. When heating in a water bath, avoid getting water and water vapor into the wax
4. Pour only at a temperature close to 55-67 °C (when the wax practically starts to set), the containers and forms should be dry and warm, heated (preferably at comparable temperatures with the wax)
5. The temperature in the room should be 23-25 °C (not lower)
6. Leave the mold to harden for at least a day.
7. For best results, we recommend preheating the mold before pouring.
Storage:
Wax should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture.
In addition to the mold, silicone spray is ordered.
Before pouring, you should spray the spray into the mold and grease it well in the middle of the mold. This helps keep the wax from sticking to the silicone, makes it easier to pull out the candle, and extends the life of the mold.
After each filling with wax, rinse the form well using Silicone spray in warm water, the lubricant washes away bright pigments well.
